Returns Policy

Returning items for a refund:

Regrettably, our organization is presently unable to facilitate returns in accordance with our established policies. We recognize the significance of offering return services to our valued customers, but due to specific considerations, we are presently unable to process returns. We extend our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and value your comprehension of this matter.

Kindly be informed that our policy does not encompass accepting returns. Should a customer decide to return an order, the return will not be processed and will be declined. In such a scenario, the customer will be responsible for covering the incurred shipping fees, enabling us to arrange the return shipment of the item back to them.

Non refundable items:

Please be informed that sale items are ineligible for a refund. Additionally, products such as Gift boxes, Hijab Caps, and hijabs cannot be returned for a refund.

 

Returning items for an exchange:

Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you desire to exchange an item, kindly initiate a return and proceed to place a new order.

 

Order cancellation:

We are pleased to accommodate order cancellations with a full refund. To initiate the cancellation process, kindly reach out to us promptly via email at Bahaarofc@gmail.com. In your communication, please provide your order number along with the reasons prompting your decision to cancel your purchase. It's important to note that this provision is applicable exclusively to orders that have not yet been dispatched.
