Returning items for a refund:

Non refundable items:
Please be informed that sale items are ineligible for a refund. Additionally, products such as Gift boxes, Hijab Caps, and hijabs cannot be returned for a refund.
Returning items for an exchange:
Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you desire to exchange an item, kindly initiate a return and proceed to place a new order.

In your communication, please provide your order number along with the reasons prompting your decision to cancel your purchase.
