UK Standard Delivery
Our UK Standard delivery service typically requires 3-5 working days for delivery. However, during sales periods, delivery times may extend to 5-7 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a reference number for your parcel. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
In the event of a delivery attempt with no one available to sign for the parcel, our courier may choose to either leave the parcel in a secure location or leave a 'While You Were Out' card. This card will contain detailed instructions on how to proceed with retrieving your parcel.
You will have the option for either a re-delivery or the collection of your parcel from the nearest depot. If you opt for parcel collection, please ensure you have an appropriate form of identification with you.
UK Next Day Delivery
Our UK Next Day delivery service guarantees delivery on the following working day and includes tracking. To avail of this service, please ensure your order is placed before 12 noon from Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the subsequent working day and delivered on the next working day thereafter. For orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday, dispatch will occur on the following Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Please be aware that Public Holidays are not included in these timelines, potentially causing delays for orders placed during these periods.

It's important to note that we're unable to provide specific AM or PM delivery windows. Our couriers operate between 8 am and 8 pm. On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an email or text message indicating the delivery date and estimated time. If the designated date or time is inconvenient, they may also offer alternative delivery options.
